[cisco-voip] cisco-voip Digest, Vol 63, Issue 19

I was wondering about this. I'm assuming the system automatically accepts the hosts key the first time around. I'd hate to have to call TAC to delete this key if the host IP address changed. 

Is that the only option ?

If you are using SFTP did you change hardware or use a different machine with the same IP address/hostname? This can cause ssh key issues and may require root access to remove the old entry.

The server is testing the connection to the (s)ftp server you specified and it is either failing to connect or the login information is not working.
