[cisco-voip] LIMIT OF 5 LDAP DIRECTORY MAPPINGS IN UC 6.1

'design around' means point to a higher OU.  For example dc=cisco,dc=com 
rather than ou=employees,dc=cisco,dc=com

after that you  need to  keep the user count below the ~40k sync limit.  
You many need to set customer user attributes and apply an additional 
user filter on CM.
