[cisco-voip] Meeting Place Express video problems

Hi,

 

We installed the new 2.x Meeting Place Express.  When we tried to use
the video meeting it barely works.  In fact, when someone with a camera
and a 7970 joins the meeting the audio portion works and the video local
and remote appear and disappear in a second.  Any ideas on why this is
occurring?  I reviewed this link and made sure the settings are correct,
but it appears to be something else.
