None.  Just make sure you change the parameters for urls for things like services, too.

We accidentally configured hostnames under the System -> Servers page on 
  UCM 6.1.2.

The upshot of this is that the MGCP auto-config writes hostnames out to 
the IOS routers.

This behaviour is described in the following post:

We don't want to run DNS or configure static 'ip hosts' on these 
routers, so the preferred option is to replace the server hostnames with 
IP addresses.

Does anyone know what impact (to replication etc.) replacing the 
hostnames with IP addresses under System->Servers would have please?
