Jason has the right idea here I think. You need to make sure the ³Inbound
CSS² on the SIP trunk can reach the operation¹s partition.

I don¹t remember the exchange side but you have to make sure your CSS¹s are
set correctly on you trunk to allow the CUCM to send the call.  Also check
redirecting Diversion Header Delivery - Inbound

We are running Cisco Call Manager 6.1 and are using a SIP trunk to send
callers to the Microsoft UM.   To leave a voicemail is working fine but if
we want to 0 re-direct (using personal operator function) it fails.  Has
anyone got this to work and what settings were involved to allow the digits
to be transferred back to the Call Manager to process for the 0 redirect to
work?
