Cisco TAC was not able to help; they said it was a Microsoft issue.

 

What I found out is;

Go to your tools-internet options-advanced and restore advanced settings

 

It worked for me.

No, the error appears when I hit close. Seems to be aesthetic.   Please
open a Cisco TAC ticket if you have time.
