[cisco-voip] Transfer CALL

And something we have found..   Maximum Number of Calls must be at least one larger than the Busy Trigger if you are using Microsoft Unified Messaging.  If they are the equal the call transfer to VoiceMail will not work...

Antonio,

Have you checked the "Max Calls" setting for the Line on that Device? It needs to be at least 2 for a transfer to take place.
