[cisco-voip] translation rule

you are trying to use a "translation-rule" use a "voice
translation-rule" instead!
if you can not use voice translation-rules your IOS is too old...
if you can't / wan't upgrade, you might want to try this:

translation-rule 1
 rule 1 05212610 85
 rule 2 05212611 85
 rule 3 05212612 85
 rule 4 05212613 85
 rule 5 05212614 85
 rule 6 05212615 85
 rule 7 05212616 85
 rule 8 05212617 85
 rule 9 05212618 85
 rule 10 05212619 85
