Thanks to everybody.
Therefore, I have made the following configurations:

....
voice translation-rule 102
 rule 1 /^0521261.\(..\)/ /85\1/
 rule 2 /^521261.\(..\)/ /85\1/
....
translation-rule 102
 Rule 1 ^5212611 85
 Rule 2 ^05212611 85
....
voice-port 7/0:D
 translate called 102
 echo-cancel coverage 32
 cptone IT
 busyout monitor gatekeeper
 busyout monitor GigabitEthernet0/0
...
dial-peer voice 1 pots
 destination-pattern 0T
 progress_ind setup enable 3
 progress_ind alert enable 8
 incoming called-number 521261...
 direct-inward-dial
 port 7/0:D
...

Here the output of the router:

-> test translation-rule 102 0521261108
The replaced number: 8508

-> test voice translation-rule 102 0521261108
Matched with rule 1
Original number: 0521261108 Translated number: 8508
Original number type: none Translated number type: none
Original number plan: none Translated number plan: none

-> test voice translation-rule 102 0521261508
Matched with rule 1
Original number: 0521261508 Translated number: 8508
Original number type: none Translated number type: none
Original number plan: none Translated number plan: none

-> test translation-rule 102 0521261508
number 0521261508 can't match any translation rules

Therefore your configuration is corrected, but when I make a call to the number to traslate, it does not work. Why?

thanks.
