[cisco-voip] Printing from CCMAdmin

We run a large cluster with various types of people accessing the
information. Some are technical people, others are not. Consultants
want to print customer's information and take this as a reference when
meeting with the customer. It sounds like this could possibly be
accomplished through the BAT and AXL stuff you are mentioning. So we
have to program a major interface just so our consultant users can do
what they used to do, easily, in CCM 4.1?
What it seems Cisco is lacking is the understanding that not only
technical people will be using their software. I personally could not
care less to print. I hate paper clutter. But others in our
organization rely on this in the workflow process.
This is especially obvious in the design of CCMUser. CCMUser is just
CCMAdmin retooled for user access. Makes sense to tech people but when
our average users got into it, they were puzzled. Why do they need to
put in queries for their fast dials/PAB? Why doesn't it just show them
the list and allow them to easily edit? Why are there a zillion clicks
necessary? Why do they get a (single) drop down menu and a giant Cisco
splash page rather than a sensibly laid-out home page? CCMUser is not
for users at all.
