[cisco-voip] NTP Issue - Timezones

Well we are currently in EDT.  I forget if there's a toggle in the 
installer that says to observe DST but that would seem to be the 
difference.  Not NTP.  NTP delivers GMT and then the server figures out 
local time based on the time zone.
