[cisco-voip] sj-download.cisco.com slow averaging 35KB/Sec

I forgot I have a BellSouth (Now AT&T) DSL line, getting a little better
download along that AS path closer to 86KB/Sec. It figures my 3Mbps
AT&T DSL is beating a 8Mbps Comcast Cable Modem......

Just about every time I'd download something from cisco it would want to
take forever. I use FF with downloadthemall now and destroy Cisco's
bandwidth. I'm sure they're not happy about it, so it's a good thing I
don't do it often.

You can try taking the download URL and changing it to rtp-

download.cisco.com. I'm not sure if this still works but it used to.

Anyone else notice the sj-download.cisco.com is slow?

Second try at downloading 7.1.2a, first try the file sizes were too

small and checksum didn't match;

<image001.png>

Why is cisco.com so slow? I downloaded FireFox 3.5 at 3MB/Sec, and

VMWare Workstation 6.5 at 1MB/Sec.  I have a 8MB Cable Modem.

Second try is a failure too....
