[cisco-voip] warranty checker with S/N

Just wondering if there is a warranty checker on CCO? 

I know I can enter the serial number while opening a ticket, but all it comes back with is that the product is out of warranty. 

I'd like feedback like what product it is, when the warranty is up (or when it expired) etc. 

Is there a "go" tool I'm missing?
