[cisco-voip] warranty checker with S/N

Hmmm, I enter the serial number and it comes back and tells me: 

"You do not have access privileges for this uncovered item(s). Please modify and resubmit your search. " 

oh well.

I know I can enter the serial number while opening a ticket, but all it comes back with is that the product is out of warranty. 

I'd like feedback like what product it is, when the warranty is up (or when it expired) etc. 

Is there a "go" tool I'm missing?
