Definitely something to look into. 

The Arcana tool supposedly had a From/To report, so not only do you know who made the change, but what it was changed from. 

That, to me, is true audit tracking, and should be built into CCM natively.

7.1.2 provides a new service called Auditd that should give you exactly this functionality.

something to consider....you have to make all changes through their interface though in order to track changes.

Is there any tool that can be used to TRACK configuration changes that is made on Cisco Call Manager ? 





The tool should be able to tell changes that took place between Day 'A' and Day 'B'
