[cisco-voip] Caller ID clarification

When AT&T says they will accept whatever you send them that does not  
guarantee the name you send will be displayed to the PSTN. You would  
need AT&T to update the LIDB/CNAM database for all called parties  
outside your network to see the name you want displayed.
