I concur - it doesn't delete anything and won't affect any call processing,
etc. Also, you will probably have to reformat the data out of the export
file and into the BAT spreadsheet, but it works well and beats the krabby
patties out of doing the export and/or import manually.

BAT exports do not delete anything.

I have to move about 50 users from Call Manager 5.1.3 to Business  
Edition 7.0. Is there away I can export those 50? or do I need to do  
a stare and compare?
