[cisco-voip] 7912 problem with Firewall Between them and Call Manager

Hi, all

 

I have a problem with ip phone 7912, when i make a phone call the
ipphone ring once and then lose contact with the Callmanager and goes to
CCM fallback, I have others models and works them properly, the cisco
TAC told me that the firewall is dropping packets because those are
fragmented they suggest to upgrade the version of my firewall, but is
FWSM and I have several contest that could be affected.

 

I upgrade the firmware for the ip phone to the last and I have the same
behavior, do you know how to change the phone parameters to avoid send
fragmented packets?
