[cisco-voip] Receptionist Phone with Expansion Module Question

Our receptionist phone has 16 extra lines configured.  Everytime someones 
phone rings, she sees this and has the ability to pickup the call.  Can I 
remove the  ability to pickup the call but still allow her to see if they 
are on the phone and transfer calls to them?
