[cisco-voip] Receptionist Phone with Expansion Module Question

I've been playing with this and the Speed Dial / BLF option doesn't show 
if the person is on the phone.

Our receptionist phone has 16 extra lines configured.  Everytime someones 
phone rings, she sees this and has the ability to pickup the call.  Can I 
remove the  ability to pickup the call but still allow her to see if they 
are on the phone and transfer calls to them?
