You can use snmpwalk to query the isdnBearerOperStatus OID value. This will
give you the idle (unused) and active channels on the voice gateway at any
given time.All yiu have to do is install the net-snmp library and use
snmpwalk as in
#*snmpwalk -c public x.x.x.x isdnBearerOperStatus
the output will be idle (1), active (4) for each DS0 channel.
