[cisco-voip] CUPS7 cannot send IM's

That's it, it was the domain name. CUPS was not able to connect to my domain, so I introduced a DNS server and now I can see the presence and send IM's.

Check you domain name in service parameters.  I had the exact same
problem before and it was my domain was the wrong case.  ( I can't
remember if it was upper case or lower case).
