If its h323 gateway then you can do apply a voice translation profile on incoming dial-peer and then use another dial-peer to route it out. For MGCP gateway, it can be a translation pattern in CUCM, or can also be done from a route point where you match the digits and use the forward all destination.

Is there a way to "forward all calls" from a voice gateway router for a period of time and then undo when you need to start receiving calls again? I am new to router commands and I don't see anything like this. Thank you!
