But beware AC won't be supported after 7 and if you need AC and are purchasing the upgrade now might be the time to look at the new solution being offered. With 20 users you will be in a mega pinch for anything after 7.x if you need the functionality

Looking to upgrade from CCM 4.2.3 to CUCM 7.x.  Are there separate licenses needed for Attendant Console?  We have about 20 in use currently.
