[cisco-voip] H323 Terminal Issue

I got a Third Party H323 Terminal that can Receive Calls from IP  
Phones (H323v1 Negotiates) and the Call Works Fine, But When I try to  
Call an IP Phone from the H323 Terminal I get a Quarter Ring from the  
IP Phone and the "call" is Terminated.  Using UCM 7.1.2...Any help  
would be appreciated....

Oh yeah, Another Softphone with the same Configuration works  
Fine....ANYBODY...
