[cisco-voip] Playing Tone on Join/Leave from MeetMe

place this configuration in config mode:
voice class custom-cptone leavetone
 dualtone conference
  frequency 700 700
  cadence 150 50 150 50
!
voice class custom-cptone jointone
 dualtone conference
  frequency 1200 1200
  cadence 150 50 150 50

then go into the dspfarm profile for conference.and  put the following
configuration:

conference-join custom-cptone jointone
 conference-leave custom-cptone leavetone

Then every thing should work
