[cisco-voip] Changing Extension Mobility Service Name

are you using CUCM 7.X?
afaik are phone services in Version 7.X explicitly provisioned to the
phone in its configuration file, so a reset (or at least a restart) of
the phone will be necessary to see the new subscription name on the
phone...
