[cisco-voip] Cisco TSP and CRM Call Connector

Has anyone got any experience of the Cisco Unified CallConnector for
Microsoft CRM?

 

I've set it up on a MS CRM3 server and a couple of clients.

Mostly, it works really well.

However, when the TAPI client registers with my CME box (UC520), the BLF
subscriptions from the accompanying phone are removed.

A "debug presence timer/event" shows:

Is this a config problem, or does the tapi client break presence?
