[cisco-voip] Spam: Re: Using CME to page to every phone

All applications I have seen use HTTP post to the phones.

There is another method of pushing the XML instructions via a CTI 
connection through CM. This is typically even more limited as CM cannot 
process large number of phones concurrently.  This would be more 
restrictive than distributed TCP sessions with distributed 
authentication URL's.
