[cisco-voip] Stupid upgrade question

Ok, I've got a server in one of my labs that is 5.0.4 (running on a Cisco
badged server) with 200 DLU.
 
I need to upgrade to 6.1.x and add 100 more DLU.
 
Since I have CCO access and can grab the 6.1.x code to perform the upgrade,
would I need to pay for that + DLU, or can I just purchase the DLU?
