[cisco-voip] CCM Password/PIN Reset

Does anyone know of a tool, other than Provisioning Manager, that could be
given to a helpdesk to allow them to reset ccm passwords and/or pins.  The
minimum MLA access allows perm to the Device association, extension
mobility, etc.
