[cisco-voip] Move from Unity to Unity Connections

Contact your Cisco team. There should still be a migration process to go from Unity to Unity Connection. Not sure if it was tied to support contracts.

Is there an upgrade path without repurchasing licenses? I could swear they mentioned this at CIPTUG but now I am being told we have to buy new licenses from Cisco.
