[cisco-voip] UCCE 7.2(7) MS Windows Server 2003 Enterprise R2 SP2 licensing

What sort of licensing is best for MS Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition R2 SP2? I was told by one colleague to just put per-seat license and then put down 100 seats. I'm reading the BoM for UCCE 7.2(7) and can't make heads or tails of what's best for this customer. Anyone have any helpful tips on what type MS licensing I should be using?
