[cisco-voip] Background images on CUCM7

Is this the same process as CUCM6?  I haven't used 7 yet, but 6 looks
something like this:

 

Create the directory structure i.e. \Desktops\320x212x12 (you'll need to
google your exact structure based on the phones you use)

Place your graphics in the correct directory structure

Create a List.xml file and place it in the same structure

RESTART TFTP SERVICE (this is what I always forgot)
