I got it to install with non-Cisco Win2k3 using the /nopcd switch. Works great!

  Yes but unless I'm incorrect (which is completely possible) or unless there is a hack the only versions that will run in VMware would be those on the linux based platform.

    I don't know what you mean when you are referring to "Cisco 2003 OS" but UConn doesn't install on Windows. It runs on the proprietary Cisco linux platform.

    Anyone know how to get Unity Connection 1.2 going in VMWARE? I've loaded up the Cisco 2003 OS and gives me an error about version.
