[cisco-voip] CallManager call duration limit setting

Heh, at least you get to talk to them.  This new emerging model of TAC
saying "try this", you try it and respond 5 min later with "nope that
didn't work, what next" followed by 24 hours of silence is getting on my
nerves.

I found out about that time limit on a TAC call.  At exactly 12 hours
the call dropped.  =)
