I didn't see this posted to cisco-voip yet. I got this from Cisco on Wednesday:
You are receiving this message because you recently downloaded Cisco Emergency Responder 7.0(3) from Cisco.com. Please be advised that a software defect, CSCta13835, has been found that may cause intermittent loss of registration of Computer Telephony Interface route points used by Cisco Emergency Responder. To address this defect, Cisco Emergency Responder 7.0(3) will be replaced by Cisco Emergency Responder 7.0(3a) as soon as possible. You will be able to download Cisco Emergency Responder 7.0(3a) from Cisco.com in approximately one week. In the interim, it is recommended not to use Cisco Emergency Responder 7.0(3) in production, but to revert to the previously installed version of Cisco Emergency Responder.
