[cisco-voip] Channel overlapping in R2

Guys & Gals,
 
  Have anyone experiencied an issue like two calls overlapping over an E1 R2 Interface? 
This is on a 28XX gateway, working in h323 mode. Is the problem on the local side, or is it a telco problem?
 
A "show voice call status" only shows the second call, the first call is non-existant.
 
Is there a way to force a selection order, or to modify the selection criteria on a R2 Interface?
