[cisco-voip] SURL to 7941 button using BAT?

I see options to change button template but don't see a way to propagate
the actual button SURL across a group of phones, just DN updates

What version of CUCM are you using? It's available under Update Device,
Insert Device and, Insert User Device Profile, but the Service URL
behavior has been changing a lot between versions.
