[cisco-voip] 7961 hook switch problems

Hi


I am having 7961 switch hook reported problems. On some 
phones when the hanset is lifted, the speaker goes off hook 
immediately, an there is a delay for dial tone to be heard 
through the handset. Is there a fix for this or is just 
replacing the phone the only fix?
