[cisco-voip] CCM Upgrade from 4.1 (3) to 6.1(2) or 7.0(2a) failure by DMA

Most cases appear to be caused by
CSCsl26081    Upgrade from CUCM 4.2(3)SR3 to CUCM 6.0(1) fails

If you must go to 6.1.2 view that bug in BugToolkit on Cisco.com.

It would be better at this point to pursue at least 6.1(3) or even 
better 6.1(4).
