[cisco-voip] CM 5 to 7 upgrade

I'm not aware of anything on partitions so far.

For migration plan it is actually better to go from 5 directly to the 
desired version of 7.  that way if anything goes amiss you can just 
switch version back to 5.

You only get 2 sides so if you if you do 5->6->7 you will have:
5,6
and then
6,7

with no way to get back to your functional 5.
