The way I understand it...

line takes proirity
then device
then common config

Scott

PS. I don't know how shared lines are done if both shares have different MoH set.

Which takes priority for Music On Hold - Device Settings or Directory Number Settings?

I have two line appearances on one handset (7960). I need to have different MOH Audio Sources for the two line appearances. I can assign the different sources within the Directory Number Setting. Will that setting take precedence over the device setting?

I am running CM 6.0.1.3000-7, 1 Pub, 1 Sub.

Thanks in advance,

Wendy
