[cisco-voip] IP phones continue to ring after hang up

                Call starts via FXO port on H.323 gateway. PLAR is sent to
Unity connection which does TOD check and then sends the call to a Hunt
Pilot number for a broadcast hunt group. If I hang the call up from the PSTN
side the call continues to ring. If I take Unity out of the picture and send
the call directly to the Hunt pilot everything works correctly.
