[cisco-voip] Authorization code on Conference Phones

Hi

There is a requirement to use Authorization code for the conference phones.

The complete requirement is : The phones in teh conference room will have no
access to start with. The Departments that want to use the conference room
will put in their own codes and teh Phones will start working.

Once the cll is done the phones can go to the initial state of no access or
someone has to deactivate it..which ever works.

This is required so that we can do a chargeback to the relevant department..

Can you please suggest how to acheive in Cisco Conference Phones...
