[cisco-voip] COBRA restores (Unity to Unity Connection)

I saw a few posts fly by regarding COBRAS. I'm just wondering if anyone has any sample data on how long restores took? I'm trying to get an idea of how long the restores will take. 

If you could share the following: 

    • CPU of workstation running COBRAS restore 
    • CPU of connection server (or MCS equiv) 
    • network connection speed between workstation/connection 
    • total size of COBRA backup files 
    • total time to complete restore 

That would be great!
