[cisco-voip] Presence CUP server, licensing problem, SIP proxy

Glad to hear it... This is already fixed in 6.1.3 and the soon to be
released 7.1.2. I imagine CUP will pick up the fix in their next
maintenance release.

thank you for your help, indeed there were duplicate node entries. after

telling the cisco licensing tac to only add 1 presence and 1 proxy, 
helped to resolve the issue.
