[cisco-voip] Phones on VGE cannot dial Out

Hi,

i have connected Analog phones to the VGE 224 and the Phones are not able to
dial out. When It goes off-hook the user gets a busy tone.

Port config:

!
voice-port 2/0
!

However incoming calls are working!
