[cisco-voip] Phones on VGE cannot dial Out

Gin, I this has been mentioned before. We need more information! 

protocol? MGCP? H323? SCCP? 

A small snippit of code is ok with a reasonable explanation, but the whole running config might be better if you don't know alot about the systems yet.

How people can dial to the analog phones and it is working..
