[cisco-voip] username not showing up on Callmanager Express

Guys,

 

I have a problem with my Cisco CallManager Express (CCME). I have my
MPLS sites on Cisco CallManager (CCM) and few remote VPN sites on CCME.
I have URL service pointing to my CCM under Telephony Service on the
CCME. Now when the CCME users call the CCM users the name shows up on
the screen but when they receive calls from CCM only number shows up but
no name. How can I force CCME see the user names when they receive calls
from CCM?
